This Friday, March 24th at 4pm, we’ll be releasing this year’s batch of Colour Five, our barrel aged sour beer refermented with Texas grown blueberries!

It will be available by the glass and in bottles to go (500ml/$20). The bottle limit is two per customer per day. About 3,400 bottles are available. Aside from special events, Colour Five will not be available beyond our tasting room.

This year’s batch is refermented with blueberries harvested this past fall in Northeast Texas. It’s 6.0% alcohol by volume, 8 IBU, 3.2 pH, and had a finishing gravity of 1.000 (0 Plato).
