Transmitter Collaboration Release

Wednesday, August 3rd

The Crossing of Cosmic Frequencies brewed with our Brooklyn friends from Transmitter Brewing hits the taps this Wednesday. A Pale Ale brewed with New York Malted Spelt with the addition of Pineapple Sage from our urban garden, this Ella, Casmere, and Hallertau Blanc hopped ale is a bright, tropical collaboration.

Dual Can Dock Sale:

Prismatic Eye Double IPA & Surf Wax IPA

August 6th at 12pm

This Saturday, join us for the can release of, Prismatic Eye Double IPA, our collaboration with our friends from Other Half Brewing.

We will also release a limited run of 12oz cans of our Surf Wax IPA for the first time ever.

Cans will be sold from the back dock in the lower beer garden of Burial on the Millard Ave side. Line should form on Millard Ave by the double gates.

Prismatic Eye Double IPA – limit 1 case per person.

Surf Wax IPA – limit two – 6 packs per person.

Both cans taproom release only. No Distro.

A Profound Sense of Courage – Lychee Wheatwine – Honey Malt, Toasted, White, and Flaked Wheat lay the foundation for this wheatwine ale. Our goal was to tackle lychee fruits and their very sweet, but very subtle presence. Utilizing almost two pounds lychee per gallon and a kiss of wild flower honey, this aromatic summer ale remains extremely drinkable.

The Crossing of Cosmic Frequencies – Farmhouse Pale Ale – Brewed with our friends from Transmitter Brewing in Brooklyn, this Pale Ale features New York Malted Spelt with the addition of Pineapple Sage from our urban garden. Hopped with Ella, Cashmere, and Hallertau Blanc hops this ale is a bright, tropical collaboration with a dry earthiness and funk that serves as an extension of our love of brewing with friends.

Sugar Hiccup – Sparkling Saison – A light summer saison base brewed with Riverbend Pilsner, Flaked Wheat, and a touch of Honey Malt and re-fermented with one pound of fresh, whole strawberries per gallon to provide a robust aromatic experience.

Prismatic Eye – Double India Pale Ale – A Double IPA brewed with Other Half Brewing from Brooklyn. Our type of people. Our type of ritual. NC-grown six-row grain under a bouquet of Citra, Summer, and Centennial hops. Fermented with our house yeast blend.
