The man behind the beer is known for his fruity, floral tones that make each drink unique. Check out their Sleepyhead Passionfruit Imperial Kolsch, PB&J Porter, Cheerleader Grisette Saison, or any of their other regular options. They also have a number of Experimental Elixirs, which are constantly changing, but each is distinctive and wonderful. Coda Brewing is also paired up with Cedar Creek Pub, which features many different Colorado companies. You can even get their food delivered right to Coda. Clearly, Coda Brewing has a lot of great things happening in their taproom, but one of the most interesting is related to their name. Coda is a musical term, meaning the end of a passage. For Coda Brewing, it means completing a new brew process, or a tasty beer at the end of the day. To that effect, Coda’s beers all have musical pairings. The brewers also work with musicians to create beers for different songs or albums, and then do tastings releasing both! Coda Brewing is truly a unique beer experience, and one definitely worth trying out.
