Beer Institute estimates U.S. brewers’ domestic tax paid down 2.0% in May

(Washington DC) – Today the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid by beer brewers:

The May 2015 domestic tax paid estimate is 15,700,000 barrels. May 2014 removals were 16,025,000 (revised) for a decrease of 2.0 percent.

Please note the following monthly revisions from previous releases:
