World of Beer Franchising Inc. hit with lawsuit over Key West location dispute
A Florida company that says it acquired 60 percent ownership interest in a World of Beer location in Key West hit World of Beer Franchising Inc. with a lawsuit in state court on Tuesday, saying the acquisition was approved in February but that the company rescinded that approval.
