Norfolk rezones Northampton Boulevard land for brewery
The city has rezoned property on Northampton Boulevard to attract a brewery, brewpub or microbrewery. The City Council on Tuesday also created a zoning designation to allow such businesses in other districts.
Norfolk is said to be on Stone Brewing Co.’s short list for an Eastern U.S. facility.
