It’s been a good while since I’ve had the time to sit down and write a ‘word from the brewer,’ and for good reason ! A lot has been developing for Trinity through 2014. I’d first like to announce that we have began to phase out large 750ml champagne bottles completely to transition into a smaller sized 375ml bottle. Don’t worry, we will still have 750ml bottles at the brewpub for those wanting to snag our originals for cellaring or for sentimental keepsakes 🙂 … Once the 750s we have produced are gone, you won’t see them again !

Moving into the smaller bottle has allowed us the chance to slightly increase the realm of our distribution. We’re now sending very small allocations of these new bottled to the greater Portland area. We’ve scheduled limited releases of 20+ specialty bottles to hit the Northwest city in 2014, and we’re very excited about it!

In June our 2013 GABF Gold medal Saison returns for the summer season. Elektrick Cukumbahh, Saison d’été is brewed with a large amount of fresh hand peeled English cukes, and just enough lemon zest to showcase a very bright and vibrant profile. This beer Taps on Friday June 13th at the pub!
