Some South Carolina brewers concerned over “catch” in Stone Bill

South Carolina’s brewers have wanted looser restrictions on how they do business — whether it was choosing to be a destination or a factory, but never allowed to be both. The new laws, adopted in both legislative houses with but one dissenting vote, now allow for both. But there’s a catch: A brewery must get into the food business to do so.
