Saison du Fermier batch #2 will be released in the Perennial Artisan Ales tasting room starting tomorrow (June 7th) at noon. Batch #2 saw a longer aging time in new Chardonnay barrels (6 months) and also a larger percentage of its cultures were wild Missouri yeast and bacteria than that of batch #1.

Bottle limit has not yet been set.
