CONSTRUCTION
Our Destination Brewery is starting to look less like a really expensive dirt field. The crew has been working hard, pouring a lot of concrete for foundations, and the structure is starting to take shape. We assure you, there’s more beer coming soon.

BITTER BREWER
This year’s release of Bitter Brewer, our not-really-a-British Bitter session beer, will happen on Friday, May 16 at 22 Buffalo Wild Wings locations around Minnesota. Bitter Brewer will start going out to liquor stores, bars and restaurants on Monday, May 19. Watch the Interwebs for more information on the release.
About Bitter Brewer:
First one in, last one out, sweating in the summer, freezing in the winter. Years of toiling and boiling have turned our brewer Todd into a cynical, surly, bitter brewer…You too can get bitter without all the fuss. Simply crack open a can and fill a glass with our latest – Bitter Brewer. Pale orange in color, this ale gets intense toast and marmalade character from British malt and American hops. Dry-hopping brings the floral citrus aromas. So go ahead, get bitter!

This year’s release of Pentagram, our 100 percent Brettanomyces Dark Beer, will be at Amsterdam Bar and Hall in St. Paul. The bar is planning some food pairings, and Shannon Blowtorch will be DJing from 6-9pm. In case your memory is a little foggy, that’s the same Shannon Blowtorch who got people going wild at SurlyFest 2013.
