Nearly six months after introduction, bill to raise ABV limit in Ohio still in committee

If you think the legislative wheels move as slowly as the drip of a well-poured black and tan, well, you’d be right. But don’t blame State Rep. Dan Ramos. We checked in recently with Ramos’ office about the status of HB 391, which would raise the legal limit of alcohol in beer made and sold in Ohio from 12 to 21 percent.

A similar bill didn’t make out of committee in 2011. Note: the article we are linking to is from early March but few updates if any have been reported since then.
