Goose Island founder, John Hall, credits Karl Strauss with helping start brewery (video)
Karl Strauss was a mentor to John Hall as his dream of opening a brewery was coming to fruition. As an homage to Karl, the newly renovated Goose Island Clybourn Brewpub has a room named after him.
