Cantillon storing thousands of bottles of lambic in “Bomb Shelter Cellar”
The much-beloved Brasserie Cantillon has a new long-term storage project where tens of thousands of bottles of lambic, Oude Gueuze, and other beers will be stored for up to thirty years.
