The makers of Schlafly beer and conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly are headed to trial after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office denied a request by the brewer for a judgment on the pleadings.

Fucking absurd. Just because she shares the same name as the brewery it has no bearing on anything. So, she has the right to veto the use of the name Schlafly by anyone in the country who also has that name, if she doesn’t approve of the focus of their business?
I call bullshit. Major bullshit. As a conservative she should be embarrassed by her own intent to intrude into other peoples’ business, where her little WASPy nose doesn’t belong.
