(Stamford, CT) – The latest update from Half Full Brewery, courtesy of this week’s email newsletter…
—
It’s these moments that we live for. We started Half Full Brewery for many reasons but chief among them was to spread our ideals of artfully crafted beer, inspiring stories, and refreshing experiences. Now, in order to spread that message far and wide we need to reach more people, and in order to reach more people, WE NEED TO EXPAND!
MMM… stainless steel. Breweries in growth mode have an insatiable appetite for the aforementioned metal and Half Full Brewery is hungry!
We are currently brewing on pace to outgrow our (4) 40 Barrel Fermenter setup and with the busy season right around the corner we decided it was high time to purchase some new steel.
This weekend, we received (2) 60 Barrel Fermenters. The additional tanks will nearly double our current capacity and bring our on-floor total to 320 Barrels. For those of you who unfamiliar with “Barrel” as a unit of measurement, 1 Barrel = 2 Kegs.
Come April, we will be capable of having 640 Kegs of beer in fermentation at one time.
With our recent expansion into Hartford, Windham, and Tolland counties, and with 12oz cans on the horizon, the added capacity can’t come soon enough!
