First look: Anheuser-Busch’s Johnny Appleseed Hard Apple Cider coming April 7th

(St. Louis, MO) – Later this month, Anheuser-Busch InBev will formally announce its new cider brand, Johnny Appleseed.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the release date is April 7th, according to a distributor memo.

Packages include 4-packs of 16 oz. cans, single 25 oz. cans, 6-packs of 12 oz. bottles, 12-packs of 12 oz. bottles and 12-packs of 14 oz. bottles.

The introduction follows the recent debut of MillerCoors’ own new cider brand, Smith & Forge.

Anheuser-Busch also has ciders in both the Stella Artois and Michelob Ultra brand families.
