Two Roads Brewing launches NYC market this week

When it comes to craft beer, the poet Robert Frost was on to something –– taking the road less traveled makes all the difference. One of the many great things about the craft beer industry is the people that exemplify the spirit of taking the less traveled route, and yielding something far beyond ordinary: extraordinary. Phil Markowski, a name you may recognize as former, master brewer at Southampton, is known for following his own brewing trail. This Wednesday at 3pm, Phil joins us as the new Brewmaster of Two Roads Brewing –– a brand, spanking new (and ridiculously state-of-the-art) brewery in Connecticut. This marks the official launch of Two Roads into the NYC market, and we can’t wait to cross paths.

Rather than build a new facility, Two Roads resurrected a 100-year-old factory in Stratford, Connecticut to house their own version of the American dream. Scraping and painting the former brick shell, Two Roads emerged 100 years later; the former factory now home to the most advanced brewing, fermenting, and packaging equipment available, and capable of producing the finest craft beers anywhere. Join us Wednesday in raising a glass of Two Roads, and toasting the newest kids on the block.
