Three Floyds’ proposed $7.5 million expansion would nearly double space, add distillery
The acquisition of property immediately north of Three Floyds, 9750 Parkway, would enable the business to expand from a current 30,000 square feet to 56,000 square feet in a $7.5 million project. The addition calls for a new bottling and packaging line, warehouse and basement storage areas, a tasting room/carryout counter […] Three Floyds would add a distillery to produce a variety of spirits, such as high-end whiskeys.
