Saison De Lente: This is Saison Month here in our Tasting Room and there is no better way to kick off that month than with the release of Saison De Lente, our Spring Saison. That brew is light in color with a fresh hoppiness when served fresh and gains a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character with time. We’ll have bottles and draft of Saison De Lente available this Friday. We’ll also be pouring out a flight of Saison De Lente vintages this upcoming Wednesday if you’re interested in seeing what some age does to that beer.

Sour in the Rye: This Friday we will also be releasing bottles and draft of Sour In The Rye. That American Wild Ale is pleasantly sour with notes of tart cherry, rustic earth and vanilla notes from a year-plus of barrel aging. We’re always happy to have that brew in our Tasting Room again and are excited to see it stick around for a while.
