B.O.B gets part of its charming good looks from a 100% bamboo cutting surface. Almost everyone knows that bamboo is one of the most sustainable plants on earth. But did you know bamboo is also naturally antimicrobial? B.O.B will keep microorganisms that are responsible for foodborne illnesses under control! Bamboo was also our final material choice, not only for its sustainability, but because it’s stronger than most hardwoods.
The bottle opener consists of high-quality ABS plastic and a stainless steel plate that will open a lifetime’s worth of bottles without corroding.
The first production run of B.O.B will come with a Kickstarter green bottle opener ring. In the future B.O.B will be available in an assortment of colors, as for now we cannot make B.O.B a reality without Kickstarter’s support, just our way of saying thanks!
