Based in the spirit of continuing our brewing education, our Single Hop Series features a refined and consistent malt profile with rotating single-hop experimentation. We take hops that are new-to-market or have yet to be used by our brewers, and feature them in this series, offering the perfect platform for our brewers and customers to taste and sample new hop varieties!
Ninkasi Mosaic, brings our Single Hop Series beers to new heights! This year, not only will you be able to find our Single Hop Series beer on-draft, but also for the first time ever in 22oz. bottles found in our Variety 4-Packs. Availabile January – April
On The Bottle: Ninkasi’s Single Hop Series is a project to experience the unique characteristics of select hops and the individual flavors and nuances they impart. By using a standard malt selection, we have designed an elegant framework to showcase different hops. Each beer in the series is named for the hop in use and lends itself to a deeper understanding of the featured varietal.
