(La Jolla, CA) – La Jolla BrewHouse has settled with the TTB over alleged violations according to a new filing released by the agency on Tuesday.

The TTB alleges that the brewery “produced beer without the benefit of an approved brewer’s notice and brewer’s bond” as well as “failed to timely file federal excise tax returns and failed to timely pay the federal excise tax on beer production” during the period, 2003-2010.

The “offer in compromise” totals $7,000 with more than $60,000 being “compromised” according to the filing.
