Bastrop Brewhouse closes brewpub after 17 months to focus on opening a production brewery
In a Facebook posting on Thursday, owner Michael Candelario said he wanted to narrow his focus to operating a craft brewery, instead of a full-scale brewpub. He added that news about his closing had apparently spread rapidly. The business was open less than a year and half, opening in August 2012.
