Trinity MerLe to become ‘You Never Even Call Me By My Name’ following trademark dispute
Yester declined to comment on the situation on the advice of his attorney, but he posted on Facebook that North Coast plans to sue over use of the word "merle" in his "Merle, Saison Nocturnum" beer. It seems North Coast makes a beer called "Le Merle" and claims copyright infringement.
