More on Ninkasi’s plans for expansion, LEED certification and new beers
Our new production building should be done in January and the beer bridge is already up. Finally, our new Administrative Building with lots of open work space, bike parking, showers, conference rooms, Sensory Lab and Classroom, as well as a 7-barrel brewing system for education and fun will hopefully be complete by June of next year. We are working to have these buildings LEED-Certified when complete.
