Akari Shogun was an initial partner in this scheme, but as the Shogun hibernates till spring, we introduce another brew. Heyoka is a western charged firecracker. We conjured the classics in Chinook and Amarillo then laid them on a bed of pale malt. This India Pale Ale shoots straight to the bitter edge before falling into a mellow haze. Deep gold, 7% ABV and ready to travel into the distance.

Quakerbridge Barley Wine is a 10% ABV rolling pin sure to smooth out even the closest of quarters. As in years past, this beer lands with a stiff hop presence, but time offers necessary hush so the grains can get out on top. It’s your call, buy one to drink with your aunt that doesn’t drink beer and blow back her hair or wait a couple months and crack one during the depths of winter’s angriest time.
