(Denver, CO) – Breckenridge Brewery recently announced that it is selling its brewery location at 471 Kalamath Street in Denver. The facility is capable of brewing up to 70,000 barrels annually. The sale will coincide with the opening of Breckenridge’s new $20 million brewery in Littleton, planned for late 2014.

An April report indicated that Crazy Mountain may be a buyer for the property though the company recently said it has 100,000 barrels of demand so the location may not be big enough.
