Le Capitaine vintage 2013, a Saison Regal dedicated to our favorite brewer Peter Bouckeart, releases in bottles only on September 13th. Brewed with a grip of pumpkin for texture, endive, buddha’s hand, grains of paradise, aged on cacao nibbs and Chardonnay Barrels this 10.4% Saison comes off as ‘ironic.’

Starting off our run of fresh harvest beers, the 100% Simcoe wet hopped Houdini Hopper hits faucets on September 20th. Earthy and lightly herbal this session driven IPA is dedicated to Tom Brown’s (our brewer) pup.

Belgian liquid pumpkin pie has been brewed and is scheduled for tapping on September 27th! Emma’s Pumpkin Saison is not your normal text book and predictable pumpkin ale. We avoid using the ‘typical’ all spice and nutmeg blends on this harvest seasonal, and instead we chose an original path and use: a very VERY large amount of pumpkin, garam masala, sage, brown sugar, coriander, and mace. Brewed to 9.5% ABV this one really packs a Belgian wallop too.
