Join the Lompoc brewers this Wednesday at Sidebar from 4 to 10pm for the annual release of our popular Monster Mash Imperial Porter. No graveyard bash is complete without a batch of this monster brew, a full-bodied, full-flavored mash up of a half dozen dark specialty malts. Chocolate, rauch smoked and kiln coffee grains hint at this big brew’s profile. The malty sweetness is balanced nicely with the bitter notes of dark chocolate and coffee, alongside Centennial, Cascade and Willamette hops – a monster indeed! Put on your Halloween costume, carve up a jack-o-lantern and pour yourself a pint, ’cause it’s also available in 22 oz bottles for $5 (FYI, cases are limited this year). 8.1% ABV. Also on tap at Sidebar on Wed/Thur…

Goldings and Santiam hops provide a mild bitterness and faint earthy aroma. 5.4% ABV
Kick Axe Dry Hopped Pale Ale: This light, copper-colored beer packs a big floral nose with notes of citrus & pine. The malt delivers mild caramel flavors and the Cascade hops finish with a clean and crisp grapefruit bitterness. 5.2% ABV
