Heartland Brewery location in Union Square to close at year’s end
It’s bottoms up for the Heartland Brewery, which is closing its doors at 35 Union Square West on Jan. 1. The mini-chain first began in 1994 when it subleased from an entity whose net lease on the entire building is expiring.
