New Delaware law opens up growth options for Dogfish Head
House Bill 190 allows licensed farm wineries, microbreweries, brewery pubs and craft distilleries to expand to or hold interests in other states as along as their total sales do not exceed the maximum allowed by their Delaware license. It also permits brew-pubs to distill non malt-based products, and allows farm wineries to make wines that exceed the previous limits of ethanol alcohol they contained.
