(Napa, CA) – Napa Smith has settled with the TTB over alleged violations according to a new filing released by the agency on Thursday.
The TTB alleges that the brewery “produced beer without the benefit of an approved brewer’s notice and brewer’s bond” as well as “failed to timely file federal excise tax returns and failed to timely pay the federal excise tax on beer production.”
The “offer in compromise” totals $26k with more than $74k being “compromised” according to the filing.
