Harpoon Saison Various up next in 100 Barrel Series (video)
This complex, spiced golden ale is a blend of four unique saisons, each brewed by a different Harpoon brewer. In the spirit of collaboration, Ryan balanced East Kent Goldings hops with coriander and white peppercorns while Jamie stayed true to the farmhouse tradition of brewing without spices. Rich’s citrusy hops profile complemented Ethan’s American hops and a Trappist yeast strain. The combined result is Saison Various.
