Exciting new announcements for 2014. We have decided to make some changes to our Harvest and Seasonal line-up to spice things up a bit. Additionally, we have finalized the 2013/2014 schedule for our exclusive Select Series.

Seasonal:

Introducing Seersucker Summer Pils – This brew will be made with pilsner and carapils malts and hopped with German Tradition and German Spalt hops. It is a straw-colored pilsner beer with a traditional full-bodied malt flavor and hop bitterness. (ABV 4.8% Color 7 lovibond IBU 35) Seeksucker Summer Pils will be available in Summer of 2014 and a test batch will be on tap in the Abita Visitor Center in the next coming weeks.

Our new Fall seasonal, Octoberfest, will be a tweaked version of our previous Fall Fest with a stronger hop character. Octoberfest will be available in Fall of 2014.

2014 Seasonal Line-up: Mardi Gras Bock, Spring I.P.A., Seersucker Summer Pils, Octoberfest & Christmas Ale.

Harvest Series:

Strawberry Harvest Lager will be available on draft for the first time starting in 2014! Also, Lemon Wheat (previously Seasonal) will be joining the Harvest family.

2014 Harvest Series Line-up: Grapefruit Harvest IPA, Strawberry Harvest Lager, Lemon Harvest Wheat & Pecan Harvest Ale.

Select Series 2013/14 Line-up:

Macchiato (November 2013): Espresso Milk Stout

Hopgator (January 2014): Helles Doppelbock

Imperator (March 2014): Black IPA

Triple Haze (May 2014): Rasberry Golden. Popular Select from 2013

Legendary Gator (August 2014): 10.25% “Triple Helles Doppelbock”

Naughty Quaker (October 2014): Oatmeal Stout
