Phantom Canyon Brewing doubles capacity with $1 million expansion
The $1 million project was driven by Phantom Canyon’s need to expand its 2,000-barrel annual brewing capacity, which had prevented it from aging its beers as its brewmaster wanted to. The expansion will enable the restaurant to sell 22-ounce bottles on site as well as from several downtown liquor stores and other bars and restaurants, Robinson said.
New capacity is 4k barrels.
