(Auburn, CA) – We left out this information from a recent Knee Deep Brewing update so here goes…some info on the new brewery courtesy of last week’s email newsletter.

If you didn’t already know, the Knee Deep team has been hard at work in Auburn, CA putting together our new state of the art brewing facility. Our new brewery is slated to open sometime in September 2013 and as we get closer we will be sending out updates on our Facebook page, so make sure you are following us. We will be installing two different brewing system’s at our new Auburn location. The First is a 4 vessel 40 barrel brew system that will be used to produce 9000 plus barrels of beer next year and our second is a 2 vessel 3.5 barrel brew system that will function as our pilot brew system. Our pilot brewery will have 3.5 and 7 barrel fermenters with matching brite tanks and our 40 barrel system will have numerous 60 and 90 barrel fermenters with 2 x 120 barrel fermenters arriving sometime in February 2014.
