In guerilla move, Pennsylvania union reps stage scene around expired beer at grocers
Representatives from the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 23, based out of Pittsburgh, were at the Giant Eagle at Yorktown Centre, 2501 W 12th St., to announce five local grocery stores with cafe licenses, which allow them to sell six packs of beer, were selling alcohol past expiration.
