Illinois Anheuser-Busch distributor files for bankruptcy, judge allows sale
A local Anheuser-Busch distributor on Friday filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in U.S. bankruptcy court in Danville, seeking to reorganize its finances. A week prior, a Vermilion County Circuit Court judge approved the sale of Earl Gaudio & Son Inc. to Skeff Distributing Co., a Decatur-based Anheuser-Busch distributor, according to Vermilion County Court records.
