Favorite Brands expands footprint in Houston
Favorite Brands LLC, a Dallas-based distributor of craft beer, boutique wine and spirits, will nearly triple its Houston footprint with a new lease as it boosts its marketing efforts to broaden its brand appeal. NAI Houston has signed a 91,000-square-foot lease at 9010 W. Little York, in Cole Creek Business Park in the northwest Houston industrial submarket.
