Elk Brewing construction resumes after two-year delay
Eric Karns, a homebrewer who started the venture in 2011, has teamed up with brother-in-law Taylor Carroll this year and, with the help of new investors, the pair have renewed interior construction on the city’s latest microbrewery. “We’ve had to answer plenty of questions and concerns,” said Carroll, regarding the two-year delay in construction. “It’s a big relief to be moving forward.”
