Troegs Scratch #100 Single Hop El Dorado Pale Ale just released
Scratch #100 just released. For our second single hop Pale Ale using an experimental hop, we filled our Hop Gun with over 40lbs. of El Dorado hops. Our Hop Gun extracts precious oils directly from pelletized hops, and John Trogner is quite enthusiastic about the results we’ve been getting. “So far, it has proved to be the most efficient way to infuse hop oils into our beers,” he said. The result is a Pale Ale displaying a blast of fruitiness akin to peach and citrus fruit. Availability: draft and growler fills only. 6.3% ABV and 45 IBU.
