Trinity Ten Minutes of Pleasure Berliner Weisse(Colorado Springs, CO) – Trinity Brewing Co. sent out a newsletter this week announcing specialty beer releases for June.

Friday, June 7th 10 Minutes of Pleasure Bottle Release at 5pm

Ten Minutes of Pleasure, Berliner Weisse. Collaboration beer between Trinity Brewing and New Belgium Brewing. This Berliner Weisse is raw and crude with authenticity. Brewed with over 50% wheat malts and never boiled to encourage the development of a soft sourness and high protein mouthfeel. To the kettle we added Soursop fruit creating notes of lemon and coconut. The Fermentation is a blended one imploring Lactobacillus, Bretta, and a German Ale yeast. Aged in fresh French oak Chardonnay barrels.

Trinity Electrick Cukumbahh AleFriday, June 14 Saison Man Bottle Release 5pm

Saison Man. This long anticipated golden Belgian Ale is a ‘Post Industrial Session Saison’, brewed with weyerman pilsen, rye, flaked wheat, flaked oats, spelt, and grains of paradise. We hopped this beer with Styrian Goldings and Czech Saaz to create a bitter and dry profile, then fermented this recipe with 2 farmhouse yeast strains and Drie Bretta to create spicy and light barnyard notes. 4.9 % ABV.

Friday, June 21st Elektrik Cukumbahh Bottle and draught Release 5pm

Elektrik Cukumbah.
It’s officially summer and that means cucumbers are just starting to come into harvest. Cool cukes are such a nice cooling summer treat, and we decided to make a summer Saison with them. Adding ~24lbs of English cucumbers per barrel, and just enough lemon zest to lend an overall brightness to the beer, this recipe is certain to become an epic summer time favorite.
6.4% ABV; rare.
