Right Proper Brewpub scheduled to open in DC in October
Right Proper, the forthcoming Shaw brewpub run by brewer Nathan Zeender, Rocklands founder John Snedden and former Brasserie Beck general manager/beer director Thor Cheston, officially applied for its liquor license on Friday. “Things are moving ahead smoothly, surprisingly,” Cheston says. “We expect our building permits to come in in a few weeks. We’re on schedule to open in October.”
