The Bruery Bois (Anniversary Ale) now available in tasting room, heading to markets soon?
Starting today we will have the newest installation of our Anniversary beer — Bois — available on draft and in bottles. The name Bois is French for wood, the traditional fifth anniversary gift. That brew is loosely brewed in the English-style old ale tradition using our house belgian yeast strain and blended using the solera method. Notes of dark caramel, dates, coconut, burnt wood, dried apricot and vanilla round out that robustly complex ale.
