(San Francisco, CA) – Speakeasy Ales & Lagers announces the release of the next beer in their seasonal lineup, Tallulah Extra Pale Ale. The limited availability beer bursts with tropical fruit aromas, and with a sessionable 5.5% ABV, Tallulah boasts a drinkability that makes it the perfect beer for a warm day in the sun.

Brewmaster Kushal Hall set out to craft a lighter-bodied beer that still packed Speakeasy’s trademark bold flavor profile. By utilizing new hop varietals El Dorado and Calypso, the beer offers candy fruit notes and a light caramel sweetness that’s balanced by an assertive bitterness.

“Those warm summer months are upon us, and Tallulah’s ready for it,” says Hall. “It’s a crisp-drinking, effervescent beer, and is very much at home in the outdoors—be that a hot summer campout, backyard barbecue or a relaxing afternoon park session.”

Tallulah XPA is available through September, and will be followed by Scarlett Red Rye in October. Tallulah is available in six-packs and on draft in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.
