UC San Diego, SDSU opening six-class craft beer business program this summer
San Diego State University will starting offering classes this summer as part of a craft brewing business program for people interested in the professional side of suds. Extended Studies Program Director Giana Rodriguez said the six-class certificate will cover facets of the industry from marketing to serving.
