Intuition Ale Works identifies location for second brewery
The city has committed to the Environmental Protection Agency it will clean up the block. Once that’s done in the next 18 to 24 months, here’s what Davis wants to do: Intuition would buy the front part of the approximately 10 acres along Forest Street where the closed park is now. On that property, Davis would build a new 20,000-square-foot brewery, 2,500-square-foot tap room and event space.
