
Drie Fonteinen’s Armand De Belder chats with Shelton Brothers about new brewery and more
Armand De Belder-legendary chef, lambic blender, and master brewer of Germanic lagers as well as wild yeast ales-joins the Bros this week, direct from Beersel, Belgium.
De Belder says the new brewery is four times bigger than the old one and now employs a double-decker coolship. A 2009 accident destroyed part of the old brewery.
