Brown’s Brewing says goodbye to brewpub, hello to new $3 million brewery
Twenty years later, they have sold the buildings housing their downtown restaurant and the banquet hall business to a New York City investor and are preparing to open a $3 million, full-scale brewery on the Walloomsac River in Hoosick. On Memorial Day, the Browns shut down the brewpub and invited the staff to come out to the new brewery for a beer.
