This year marks our 20th time around the sun brewing craft beers we love to drink. Each May, we release a special recipe in honor of our anniversary, and this year we present to you Twenty XX India Pale Ale.
A beautiful dosing of Amarillo hops gives a citrus punch to this aromatic double IPA, while the Simcoe® hops provide intense dankness. What else would you expect from us, a bunch of severely hop obsessed brewers, to celebrate such a glorious occasion? Sweet live tunes at the Avery Tap Room on Thursday, May 16th during American Craft Beer Week.
(In case you missed it yesterday)…Barrel-Aged Series Release #14 Volunt Plus Erat: This Saturday, May 4th at 5pm, we release our first Barrel-Aged Series beer since October! Aged in barrels for 14 months, this wild-fermented beer/grape hybrid sour ale features massive amounts of lactic acid that interplay with the fruity Cabernet Franc grape must. There are only 55 cases for sale, so come to the Avery Tap Room for your one chance to score some. Bottles are $8 each (cash only!) with a bottle limit of 6 per person.
Samael’sReturn: We celebrate this year’s manifestation of our oak-aged Demon of Ale with a 3-year guided vertical tasting and pairings of exquisite culinary confections. Limited tickets for the event are available at the Avery Tap Room, and bottles and draft will be available for sale during the
Tap Room Release Party on May 8th.
